Technology

The traditional chemical industry must cope with growing awareness of environmental issues and the need to build on green chemistry processes. The scientific and technological development in the field of bio-technology and the production of new materials has led to the establishment of new high-tech industries such as the semiconductor industry and the manufacture of nanotechnology-based materials.

In the preparation of colors for the world of micropigmentation, great emphasis and caution should be placed on the parameters that make up the colors, such as the type of pigment, its size, its nature, its reaction to UV and other important parameters.

While not all material is subject to change, the manipulation of such pigments change is a cornerstone of our micropigmentation research. At the reduced scale, substances may behave differently or better compared to the same substances at bigger sizes. For instance, Gold can change Color, Carbon can conduct heat and electricity better and Silver has improved antimicrobial properties. Other changes that occur to substances at the very small size can include: Becoming super-elastic, becoming more chemically reactive, getting physically stronger or weaker, and being able to cope with massive changes in temperature and pressure.

Cllaroo engineers aim to develop pigments for micropigmentation, while maintaining a very high product level, including pigment processing, reliability and sterility. In Cllaroo we use pigments which we know that are very compatible to the skin. To this end, Cllaroo itself has developed some of its development tools to obtain results that can’t be obtained with other industrial development tools available on the market.

The colors ingredients are a combination of powdered pigments, glycerine, isopropyl alcohol and aqua.  It is gamma-ray sterilized, and vegan and cruelty-free. All ingredients can be found in our MSDS and can be downloaded from our website.
